HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE

International

We will accept returns within 30 days for a full Refund or Exchange.
Customers outside of Brazil are responsible for shipment costs for returns and exchanges. To ship an item back to CHASE please:

  1. If you are including items from multiple orders please write down the order numbers on a sheet of paper and include them in the package.

  2. For exchanges: We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold. site@chasebrasil.com or +5531936182221

  3. Pack your item(s) into a bag or box.

  4. On the airway bill please include your invoice number and note "Return shipment to BRAZIL". Mail your return or exchange using your carrier of choice to:
